It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos and details prior to bidding. All sales are final. Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close. Items must be picked up within 3 business days after payment during scheduled pickup hours. Buyer is responsible for all labor, loading, and transportation—no assistance beyond dock loading will be provided. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final sale price. Sales tax may apply unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Failure to pay or pick up on time may result in forfeiture of the item.
