[ View/Ask ]AT THE TIME THE PICTURES WERE TAKEN, the vehicle Started, Ran & Drove. The AC blew cold and the heater blew hot and the engine did not overheat.
This vehicle came from the Police Dept., and it has met its useful life with the city.
Running/Driving/Overall Working condition is UNKNOWN and NOT GUARANTEED. The city does not test or inspect the vehicles prior to auction or the working condition of the vehicle or any of its parts. No guarantee of the value of vehicle or the functionality. It is not our intention to omit or misrepresent any of our auction items. All vehicles are sold AS IS. This does not mean that the vehicle doesn’t work, only that we have not tested or checked it out. We strongly encourage buyers to place their bids based on their own judgement. The vehicle can be viewed in person by appointment only. Please see below for details on viewing hours.
Please refer to pictures for overall cosmetic condition. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to verify the condition. The bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item prior to bidding, and to place your bid based solely on your personal inspection.

PICK UP: By appointment only. After paying for your auction, it is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your item(s). Pick up time is Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 4 PM and Friday 9am - 2pm ONLY. City of Surprise Fleet Yard: 13775 W. Cactus Rd. Surprise AZ 85379
Buyer must pick up items including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load the items. Buyer is expected to load and remove your own items. The city is unable to assist with pickup or loading in any way and will not lend personnel or equipment to help.
Vehicles NOT picked up within 5 business days after payment is made, will be declared abandoned and the items will be relisted. We will not offer extra time to pick up unless requested and agreed upon and NO REFUNDS will be provided to buyers who can’t meet the timeframe to have their items picked up.

All sales are final & payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auctions. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.
Auction items may be subject to the applicable sales tax rate of 9.1% unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the Buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
The City of Surprise does not ship. Pick up by appointment only and in person by the winning bidder. No service of any kind will be furnished by the city, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.
The City of Surprise may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
