[ View/Ask ]Skid Mounted Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) for sale!
This is a fully self-contained wastewater treatment system. This stainless-steel unit is 8.5’ wide and 40’ long and 12’ tall. Can be loaded onto a trailer and transported to your site. Simply connect the power, influent line, and effluent line. This unit is easy to operate and maintain. The effluent quality is great and can easily meet stringent permit limits due to the membrane being a physical barrier between raw water and the receiving stream.
- 60,000 gallons per day max flow
- 30,000 gallons average treatment capacity
- Includes a UV Disinfection system to be added onto an effluent line.
- The MBR skid is like new. Low hours and is being operated inside a building.
- Unit has treated approx. 10.5 MG treated from Dec 2021 to July 2023.
- The MBR skid tanks are 100% stainless steel (no coating).
*The buyer can contact Kubota to discuss start up support and possible warranty.
The MBR skid can be picked up 30 days after funds are received by Public Surplus. This is to allow the District time to move the unit out of the building. The buyer will need to have a crane and trailer that can handle the estimated 35,000 lbs. MBR skid plus the two filter cartridges that will be removed from the skid.

Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up:
- After winning auction, complete payment, you can call 425-434-6600 or email customercare@snopass.org to schedule an appointment for pick-up.
- Pick-up days are Monday-Thursday 7 am – 3 pm.
- Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance.
- Attempted pick-ups outside of scheduled time or without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions.
Pick-up procedure:
- The pick-up address is 932 Hyak Dr E, Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068
- Enter through the main gate at the end of Hyak Dr E. The office is behind the green metal building.
- Be prepared to show photo identification and payment receipt as required. 3rd party pick up must show photo identification and a copy of the payment receipt.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Snoqualmie Pass Utility District may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
