The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises.
Skagit Valley College will not pack or ship any of the sold items.
We do not test/inspect the items for markings or working condition. There is no guarantee of value on any item, or the working condition of the item or any of its parts. It is not our intention to omit or misrepresent any of our auction items. The responsibility to determine the condition of the property rests with the bidder. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation.
Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, SKAGIT VALLEY COLLEGE OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES.
DETERMINATION OF CONDITION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE BUYER.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. There are no warranties express or implied as to condition, usability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some or all of these items may have been declared unsafe in their present condition by a federal or state safety standard. Bidder agrees for and on behalf of bidder, bidder's heirs, successors and assigns that bidder shall indemnify and hold Skagit Valley College harmless against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any item of surplus property including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damage.

Bid Deposits: Skagit Valley College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac Inc handles all payments for Skagit Valley College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Skagit Valley College will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
