A VIEWING/INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED ON 10/1/2025 FROM 10AM - 2PM, YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO VIEW/INSPECT DURING THIS TIME.

Be also advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick- ups with our municipality within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset. Our municipality does not assist with any loading of any form. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. ***Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability***
The winning bidder must sign, date and return (scan) to the District a signed copy of the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability. Once the signed copy is received, the winning bidder can make arrangements to pick up their item (s). If there is a third party picking up the item (s), the third party must also sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability as Buyer’s Agent prior to loading the item (s). If the winning bidder does not complete the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability during the requested time, any payment made can be refunded and the auction can be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. If the Buyer’s Agent refuses to sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability, the item (s) will not be released.
SacSewer - Collection may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Sacramento Area Sewer District.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Sacramento Area Sewer District may charge applicable sales tax [7.75%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 9.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
