[ View/Ask ]2004 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 4X4 service body, this was a water operations vehicle and was used as such. There is no warranty, and it will be sold as-is. This vehicle has been serviced and repaired by our fleet department, service records available.
Mechanical: Engine runs well, replaced in 2017 and transmission works great. Truck will need batteries
Body: Body is in fair condition, traces of marking paint on the body, small dings in doors and fenders, two small rock chips in the windshield, grill has damage as does the hood (photo showing damage) service body rusty but all door and compartments in fair condition.
Interior: Dark gray interior, bucket seats with storage box, both seats in fair condition (missing vinyl and traces of marking paint) paint missing on rockers from use, marking paint on both door panels, driver’s window crank handle missing knob. Heater works on High only, missing rear view mirror. Horn inop.
Options: ABS, dual climate control with A/C (unknown operation), 4-wheel drive, does have gas powered air compressor which is operational and 12V crane (unknown operation) bumper mounted vise.

The purchaser will be responsible for picking up or tow from its current locationInspection of Auction items by appointment only.
City of Port Townsend may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Port Townsend.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Port Townsend will charge a sales tax of 9.1% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
