Auction lot of 100 Acer Spin 511 (R752T) Chromebooks. 
 
These items have been retired from an educational setting and deemed inefficient, outdated, or otherwise substandard for our purposes.
 
  • You are acquiring heavily used items.

    • These items are largely untested, and their overall condition is largely unknown.
    • Accessories for the device are not included. 
    • These items are sold as is. All devices have had their hard drives reset, wiped, or removed where applicable.
 
  • You are responsible for the packing, loading, and transporting of your items

    • We do not palletize or shrink-wrap any items.
 
  • The winning bidder must pick up items. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

    • Pick-up hours are by appointment only, Monday through Friday.
  • The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the BCSD will not release the item to you.
 
 
If you win the bid, please contact us to arrange for pickup within 2 weeks.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your bid and the awarding of the auction to the next highest bidder.

Bid Deposits: BCSD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, handles all payments for BCSD.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

BCSD will charge sales tax of 8% (EXCEPT FOR vehicle sales). The tax rate is calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal/pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or BCSD will not release the item to you.
