This virtually unused trailer was originally purchased to be used as an Emergency
Preparedness Command Post… well it saw no action, unless you consider the trip
of 70 miles from its origin dealer lot to here “Action”.
Some Standard equipment one would find on most cargo trailers are:
Frame: Features an undercoated, Z-tech frame made of exposed steel painted epoxy black. Nose: Most models feature an 18" wedge-front nose for aerodynamics and extra space. This model has a flat nose, but inside forward is top and lower cabinets for storage and counter space in between. Axles: Equipped with tandem 5200 lb. leaf-spring axles which have E-Z Lube hubs for easy maintenance. Breaks: All-wheel electric breaks with a 12 v Breakaway switch and battery. Extra wide Side Door (46”) with flush mount lockable (w/ key) handle. Rear Access Ramp with Semi-style camlock door latches and door “holdbacks”. The ramp is equipped with spring assist. Floors and Walls are made with 3/8” Plywood with lauan trim. Exterior is made of .030 aluminum with 16” ATP stoneguard on the front and aluminum top rails. Interior Lighting: There are two LED dome lights operated by a wall switch. Exterior Lighting: Clear lens LED clearance lights and strip taillights. All meet DOT requirements.
A few extra features include:
A rear roof vent on the Galvanized roof. In place of the fore roof vent is a Dometic AC unit. Curb side of this trailer, there is an installed Dometic 20’ Patio Awning.
Tires: Although not worn at all, they will need to be replaced after all the years spent exposed to PNW elements. All hold air.

All assets must be paid within (5) business days of notice of winning bid.
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Customer will NOT receive a reminder of approaching deadline. Any item not picked-up before the deadline will void the contract without refund. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removing any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including disassembly, packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. You must bring to the pick-up location (1) the "Notice of Award," (2) the "Paid Receipt" and (3) personal I.D.

Bid Deposits: Clark College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for Clark College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Clark College will charge a sales tax of 8.4%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Clark College will not release the item to you.
