USED 2005 KEYSTONE SPRINGDALE 280FKL 5th WHEEL CAMPER.

fresh water tank leaks, does not hold water, water pump does not work, black water and grey water sensors do not work. Water does work when hooked up with the “city water connection “. Camper is 28’ long with 1 slide. Camper fridge was removed because it didn’t work so no refrigerator in camper, has standard 5th wheel ball hitch.  Camper was pulled from Custer State Park to Shadehill last November and has not moved since. Tires are a little weather checked, but not bad.  AS IS.  VIN 4YDF280265C118965

PayMac handles all payments for State of South Dakota Property Management.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

State of South Dakota Property Management will charge a sales tax of 6.2% to non vehicular items to residents of South Dakota or if items are picked up by successful bidder.

A Buyers Premium of 7.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s), packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if 'Free Shipping' is not offered for that item(s).
