This auction is for a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD. This unit has been sitting unused since June 2025 and was able to start with a jump, actual running/driving/operating condition is unknown. It has a gas engine and automatic transmission. This unit has some damage to its bed rails and truck bed it also has manual roll up windows. The Tommy lift was able to operate upon testing but cannot be guaranteed to continue working. Our records indicate: transmission cooler line replaced 09/07/21, replaced heater hoses, thermostat kit, inlets, and related pieces 01/11/21, four tires replaced 09/08/20, coolant pump replaced 07/23/18, Instrument cluster replaced 01/07/10.

 

Service records available upon request. The last preventative maintenance services were completed January 2023. May need tires replaced.

 

We do not guarantee the working condition of any part or component or the unit as a whole. This equipment was purchased new 02/2004 and has been maintained by The City of Midwest City fleet department.

PayMac handles all payments for The City of Midwest City.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within seven (7) calendar days after notice of award.

The City of Midwest City will charge a sales tax of 9.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
