In accordance with Federal Law, Handguns may only be purchased by Oklahoma residents, unless the handgun is picked up locally by an FFL. No handgun will be sold directly to an out of state buyer unless the buyer is a licensed FFL holder who picks up the firearm at Indian Territory Armory.
This gun has been stored for years and may have rusting and pitting. It was awarded by a court to a local police jurisdiction. The gun has not been cleaned in in years. Firearm has not been tested for functionality or test fired. See photos for description.

Special Note regarding Firearms: This Firearm is assumed to be used and may have defects not noticeable or visible in the photographs. It has not been test fired and the operating condition is unknown. We highly recommend having a professional inspect AND CERTIFY the weapon prior to firing. The weapon is sold as with no implied or expressed warranty.

**Valid I.D., Winning Notice, background check or copy of FFL and transfer with current transaction date must be presented at time of pick up. If an individual other than the award winner is to pick-up the item(s), the individual must possess a valid FFL and provide a copy of such, must provide valid photo I.D., winning notice, and a notarized letter from the award winner giving authorization to the individual to conduct business on the winner's behalf. If a business is sending an employee to pick up firearm(s), that employee must provide an original notarized letter from the business stating that they have permission to pick up on the FFL holder's behalf and must show proof of employment. This letter must include a copy of the award winner's photo identification.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from Indian Territory Armory, attention Bart Bailey (15515 Old Morris Hwy, Okmulgee, OK 74447. Phone (918) 231-6015). All Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and if you have questions or to schedule a pickup, please call (918) 231-6015. Background checks will be completed by Indian Territory Armory for a separate fee of $40.00, said fee not included in the bids placed in this auction.
Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. The agency does not package and ship items for bidder.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER FOR RELEASE / SALE OF FIREARM
In consideration of having custody of the (“firearm”) released into my possession, I , on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby release, waive, and discharge the District Attorney’s Office, District # 25 and each of their members, officers, managers, employees and agents (“the County”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever for personal injury or property damage, loss or injury, including death, disability, emotional injury of any kind, medical expenses, lost wages or income, and any other compensatory damage that may be sustained arising out of the custodial-release of the firearm. I agree to hold the District harmless from and against any responsibility for any and all claims arising out of the custodial-release of the firearm.
I understand and recognize that I am entirely responsible for the firearm and that I take custody of the firearm and any accessory, part, addition or modification thereof or therein. I agree that this Acknowledgment and Waiver shall be interpreted according to Oklahoma law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Oklahoma. I have read and do knowingly and voluntarily agree to each of the terms and conditions of this Acknowledgment and Waiver, as indicated by my signature on the date indicated on receipt.

PayMac handles all payments for District Attorney's Office - District 25.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
District Attorney's Office - District 25 will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
