Running Condition: Last known condition, vehicle turns on but was leaking unknown liquid.

 

The vehicle was used for the University Police Department.

We are not mechanics and do not inspect this vehicle to determine any issues and cannot speak to its condition in any manner.

We are not responsible for any issues after possession is taken of the vehicle.

There are no test drives permitted during viewing.

Most of the vehicles have seen heavy use, bid accordingly.

Maintenance Records are not available.

No maintenance whatsoever will be allowed on CSN property.

We do not provide temporary tags.

Vehicle may not be driven off college property, it must be towed at bidder's expense.

 

The vehicle bill of sale will be made out to the WINNING BIDDER ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS.

If someone other than the bidder is picking up the vehicle, a letter of authorization will have to be submitted. The letter must include the third party's name, auction number, and vehicle information.

Please include a copy of YOUR (winning bidder) driver's license.  We WILL NOT release any auction until we receive this information.

Buyer shall be responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. CSN is not responsible to change the title information once the title is turned over to the bidder.

Inspection of Auction items is not allowed unless specified in the auction.

CSN may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for CSN.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

As of January 01, 2020, a State Sales Tax will be applied to each auction. Nevada's current tax rate is 8.375%. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption letter to Public Surplus.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
