This sturdy, compact commercial-grade bookcase is an excellent storage solution for smaller spaces or supplementary storage. It features a straightforward, rectangular design that is both functional and professional.
Dimensions: This unit measures 5 feet high, 3 feet wide, and 1 foot deep ($60" \text{ H} \times 36" \text{ W} \times 12" \text{ D}$), making it shorter than the other bookcases being liquidated.
Finish: Attractive Medium Brown Wood Finish (resembling Walnut or Dark Cherry laminate/veneer). Note that this finish is a separate tone from the light oak and dark wood items also listed.
Storage: Provides four total storage levels (including the base shelf) for books, supplies, or decorative items.

REMOVAL & LOADING REQUIREMENTS
Buyer is solely responsible for all loading, removal, shipping, coordination of pickup, and related costs.
No loading assistance, equipment, tools, labor, forklifts, or docks are provided by The City of Bloomington Township.
Some items may be heavy and require special equipment—buyer must supply all workforce, tools, vehicles, and equipment needed.
Proper removal equipment is required (e.g., trucks, trailers, vans).
PICKUP & APPOINTMENTS
Pickup and item viewing are by appointment only.
To ask questions or schedule viewing/pickup, call (309) 434-2730 between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.
Buyer must present a paid receipt and identification at pickup.
THIRD-PARTY PICKUP
If someone other than the buyer will remove the item, written or emailed authorization along with a copy of the buyer’s ID is required before release.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
City of Bloomington Township may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Bloomington Township.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Bloomington Township may charge applicable sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
