These items are not tested and is being sold as is. There are no guarantees associated with these items. The seal is currently loose on the door. 

We recommend that all bidders view/inspect auction items before placing a bid.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS".  NO warranties or returns will apply. All conditions are best approximations. 

Successful bidder ("bidder") shall furnish all labor, materials and transportation to load, secure, and remove this auction item from Housing Authority property.  Be advised that Housing Authority staff will not prepare the item for shipping and cannot assist with loading or moving the item. 

PICK UP AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT (Pick-ups or viewing times are available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday). Please email sprevette@alamedahsg.org or call (510) 747-4305 to schedule a viewing or pick up time. 

Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice of your desired viewing or pickup time. You are expected to handle all aspects of pick up.

Bid Deposits: Alameda City Housing Authority may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, handles all payments for Alameda City Housing Authority.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.


Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Alameda City Housing Authority will not release the item to you.
