PayMac, handles all payments for Sacramento Public Library. Payments will not be accepted at pickup location. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for awarded item(s) must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction or item(s) will be re-posted and the offender will be blocked from any future bidding.

8.25% sales tax will be calculated at the time of bidding on all item(s). The buyer shall be responsible for the sales tax amount when making payment(s).

Buyers Premium: 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Auction is pickup only - no shipping. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agency's premises within 14 days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment or item(s) will be re-posted and without any refund. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Picking up auction items is by appointment only, Wednesday thru Friday, 12pm to 3pm. Contact Library Auctions by phone or email. Auction buyers will be responsible for removal of item(s). Most items are stored in boxes.
