These item(s) are used and show signs of use and wear. Some parts or pieces may be missing. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. All Auction Items are sold AS ISWHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES Implied or Expressed. Item counts may vary slightly.

Anyone picking up auction items MUST make an appointment with the Auction Contact – Please DO NOT show up without an appointment, you will be turned away.

Items MUST be removed within ten (10) Business Days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!


REMOVAL:

You must provide a copy of your paid receipt to pick up items.

LMSV Staff will NOT be available to assist buyers with loading or removal of vehicles, equipment, items. Successful bidders will be responsible to provide all labor and equipment needed to safely remove item(s).

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency premises within ten (10) Business Days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Buyer shall be liable to and reimburse La Mesa-Spring Valley School District for any damage to LMSV property caused by Buyer's or Buyer Agent's removal of auction item(s) from the premises.

PayMac, handles all payments for La Mesa-Spring Valley School District.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

La Mesa-Spring Valley School District may charge a sales tax of 8% or 8.75%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
