This Auction is for a 23-foot fiberglass sailboat in fair condition located in Douglas Harbor, Juneau, Alaska.
This is a closed cabin vessel with small berth and galley. Vessel has remained floating for 6 months with no need to be pumped out, and has recently been pressure washed and emptied of personal items. SEE PHOTOS FOR MORE DETAILS
The vessel was impounded due to lack of payment and was abandoned by the previous owner. It is being sold AS-IS // WHERE-IS and will need to be picked up from its current location by the winning bidder.
Vessel must pass sea trial to remain in harbor within 72 hours of purchase or be removed from the harbor system. This vessel is eligible to complete sea trial with the addition of an outboard engine to the engine mount on the transom.
If you would like to board the vessel you will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement and waiver, at the time of viewing.
