Unit only has 59.9 miles on the odometer, system was delivered to NYC in 2009. QUICKCHANGE Moveable Barrier System for managed lanes. Barrier Transfer Machine, travels at 10 mph, and works with either a concrete reactive tension system or steel reactive tension system. The system allows for the DOT to add or remove lanes depending on traffic demand. Create HOV, HOT and BRT lanes quickly in the direction of peak demand. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the City of New York will not release the item to you.
